Hi there, I’m Jarlene! As a current attendee of the Media Communications program at Humber College, Ive been able to attain experience in Photography, Videography, Design, and Media Marketing. With said experience, I’ve honed my expertise in post-production, creating strategic media plans, and producing data-driven content. I’ve been able to take these skills and pursue personal opportunities such as directing a music video, establishing a social media platform for my photography, and producing content for a wellness brand. These opportunities allowed me to produce content using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut and Illustrator. It has also allowed me the chance to strengthen my skill of analyzing Instagram analytics, and strengthen my understanding of UGC to produce impactful content resulting in more engagement.
